🧵 Core: 1” plastic core for all standard ATG dispensers
ATG-7501 Transfer Tape is a reverse wound, glass-stabilized acrylic adhesive transfer tape, specifically engineered for use in ATG (Adhesive Transfer Gun) dispensers. With a total thickness of 1.6 mil (0.040mm) and coated on a gold siliconized paper liner, this tape offers clean application, precise placement, and instant bonding for a wide range of light-duty mounting applications.
The glass stabilization allows for smooth and clean unwinding, ideal for high-speed, roll-to-roll operations or hand-held applicators. It provides good adhesion to paper, plastic films, and metal foils, making it perfect for scrapbooking, point-of-sale displays, signage, photo mounting, and general purpose converting.
With peel adhesion of 24 oz/in (1 min dwell) and 33 oz/in (24 hr dwell), ATG-7501 performs reliably across a wide temperature range of -22°F to 230°F (short-term to 284°F). Supplied on a 1” plastic core for compatibility with standard ATG applicators.
