Copper Foil Tapes are special electrograde, zero temper, high tensile copper tapes designed for EMI/RFI shieldingand electrical grounding in high-performance industrial and electronics applications. Made from annealed, non-tarnishing copper foil, these tapes offer excellent solderability, malleability, and conform easily to irregular surfaces.
CFL-5CA is coated with a conductive acrylic adhesive embedded with conductive spheres, ensuring extremely low electrical resistance across the tape surface (0.003 Ohms/inΒ²). CFL-5A is used for general EMI/RFI shielding, transformer and coil wrapping, cable splice protection, PCB modifications, and flat conductor assemblies.
Both products meet Class F and UL 510 specifications, ensuring high safety, durability, and electrical performance standards.
