MYP-36GS Polyester Tape is a premium emerald green polyester splicing tape designed for high-performance splicing, masking, and leader card applications. Manufactured with a 2 mil polyester backing and a 1.5 mil residue-free silicone adhesive, MYP-36GS delivers exceptional tack, high adhesion, and superior tear and chemical resistance even in extreme conditions.

This tape provides excellent resistance to acids, oils, solvents, photo processing chemicals, aging, water immersion, and staining, making it ideal for splicing siliconized papers, films, and non-woven materials, as well as masking adhesive seams in metal bonding processes.

With a total thickness of 3.5 mils, 35 oz/in adhesion to SST, 44 lbs/in tensile strength, and a dielectric strength of 6.0 kV, MYP-36GS meets UL 510 Class B (130°C / 266°F) standards and withstands short-term exposure up to 225°C (437°F).
