MYP-36US Polyester Tape is a high-performance dark blue splicing and masking tape engineered for critical industrial splicing, masking, and bonding applications. Built with a 2 mil polyester backing and a 1.5 mil residue-free silicone adhesive, MYP-36US delivers high tack, strong adhesion, and outstanding chemical and heat resistance.

It bonds securely to treated papers, films, and foils, making it ideal for splicing siliconized materials and masking adhesive seams in metal bonding processes. Offering a total thickness of 3.5 mils, 35 oz/in adhesion to SST, 44 lbs/in tensile strength, and a 6.0 kV dielectric strength, MYP-36US maintains its integrity across a wide temperature range from -100°F to 350°F.
