TR-7505 Adhesive Transfer Tape is a heavy-duty, 4.7 mil glass-stabilized acrylic adhesive designed for aggressive bonding on rough, uneven, or textured surfaces. Coated on a brown siliconized paper release liner, this modified acrylic adhesive delivers exceptionally high tack and superior shear strength, making it ideal for demanding applications that require instant grip and long-term durability.

The glass stabilization allows for clean unwinding and lathe slitting, improving precision during converting operations. Its thick adhesive coating and extra-wide 59” web make TR-7505 highly suitable for laminating foams, fabrics, and other materials that require deeper adhesive penetration for strong adhesion.

With peel adhesion values of 78 oz/in (1 min dwell) and 105 oz/in (24 hr dwell), this transfer tape is among the strongest in its class. It performs reliably across a wide temperature range of -22°F to 230°F (short-term up to 284°F).
