How does glow-in-the-dark tape work?

PGD-6 charges under natural or artificial light. The listed charging time is approximately 30 minutes, with the brightest glow during the first 30 minutes afterward and visibility to a night-adapted eye for approximately six hours. Actual brightness and duration depend on the charging light and viewing conditions.
